Before access begins

Where a statutory change-of-mind right applies, the buyer can withdraw within the applicable period until they expressly request immediate delivery and access to the digital content begins.

After immediate access

Once the buyer has given the required express consent and the download becomes available, the change-of-mind withdrawal right ends. This does not affect rights where the PDF is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description.

If something is wrong

Reply directly to your Gumroad receipt email for product help or to request a refund. The receipt also links back to the purchase. If you cannot find or use it, follow Gumroad's purchase-support steps.

Payment refunds

Approved refunds are returned through Gumroad to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and are outside the site’s control.
